Slowly but surely, anyone who could do a jumping jack defected to McKinley high's nationally-ranked cheerleading squad, cheerios. led by Sue Sylvester, cheerios placed third at internationals in pyong-yang and twice appeared on fox sports net.

If you have a moment, all I ask is you take the time to read this.
I am beginning a project and I’d like all of you to be a part of it. This is not only for people that are following me, but for each of you in this community. You have a voice, you have a story, and you have a right to be heard.
This goal, as mentioned above, will be referred to as The Hope Project.
The Hope Project will be a book - a book that is centered on struggle. If you or anyone you know has suffered from depression, an eating disorder, PTSD, OCD, or essentially anything that you feel has impacted your life, I encourage you to right about it. If you have been abused, neglected, molested, raped, what-have-you, write about it. Dealt with racial, gender-based, or orientation prejudice? Write about it! Cry. Get angry. Say ‘fuck’ a lot. THIS IS YOUR BOOK!
The purpose of this is to provide hope, as the title states - that is our one main goal throughout all of this. Way too many people out there feel alone; they feel as if they won’t even be able to make it through tonight, let alone the life that sits ahead of them. People are on the verge of tears, destruction, and death and every moment, so maybe we can do something about it for at least a few of them out there - even if that includes those reading this right now.
This book is not going to be pleasant. Not everyone who may write in will have a happy ending, and that’s okay. I mean, is there ever a happy ending when it comes to mental health issues or any of life’s struggles? No. It is something we have to fight against each morning we get up, each night we go to sleep, and every moment in between.
I’d like this book to also send a message to all of those out there who view such serious issues as a joke, or a phase, or something created out of a need for attention. I’d like it also to hopefully inform those who are not as understanding of such situations, such as parents or family members or friends, in hopes that maybe they will see that these things happen to everybody; maybe they will finally see how the mind of someone who is going through depression, for instance, works. What better way to get our point across?
I fear I am not doing this introduction justice, but I assure you, I will be trying my best to make this happen. It will be designed. It will be printed. And I will work with as many people as I can to get this published; I will not stop until it has been, you have my word. This is just as important to me as it may be to any of you reading this.
If you are not interested, that is fine, but if you are, here is what I encourage you to do:
- Write as much as you want. I mean it. If you have a story, let it be heard.
- Answer this one question when you are finished: “What do you hope for?” What do you hope for out of the future, out of yourself, anything at all. It is your book.
- Optional: Take and send in a picture of something that you correlate with your story; something that is meaningful.
- Send your story, once completed, to thehopeproject2012@gmail.com along with your name.
- If you would like your entry to be anonymous, please feel free to either create a new, unnamed e-mail address, or simply send in your story and make sure to tell me you’d like it to be put in anonymously, and I will make sure to do just that.
Last but not least, all proceeds will be donated to a charity surrounding these issues. This is where I need your help! Please, in your e-mail, let me know of any charities you are fond of and you feel I should look into regarding this project. I know of a couple, but I would greatly appreciate it if you shared your opinion as well so I can see if there is one general organization that is in need.
I can’t promise you that this will blow up and become bigger than Lady Gaga, but it’s worth a shot, isn’t it? And wouldn’t it just be nice to write with no limits?
We need voices. This is our chance.
Feel free to reblog this as to hopefully encourage more people to take part in it! Like I said, this is open to literally ANYBODY who wants to join in. The more, the merrier, yes?

Just a head’s up for anyone who’s interested.
